Most people know what they should be doing to improve their health and prevent various diseases—the best nutrition plan for them as individuals, the right type of exercise—but they may not actually be doing these things! Does this sound like you?
They don’t have the know-how or the ability to be consistent with the necessary shifts in behavior. Often, they are confused by all the conflicting information out there about their symptoms or remedies. They hear that changing diet/nutrition and lifestyle is key to success, but struggle with where to start.
Also, most doctors have limited time to spend with patients to get the back on track. It’s not that they don’t want to help, but rather they only have about six minutes to spend with each patient. For many doctors, they are only able to order some tests and prescribe a medication. They also can usually only address one problem at a time.

In my health coaching practice, I spend time helping you figure out what your personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and affect you across all areas in your life, and then help you define your goals.
I help develop strategies and provide step-by-step tools to overcome the issues and thrive. Whether the goal is to lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better or lower the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, I provide a sacred space to work through the challenges you are wrestling with. I know first-hand how hard the process is to improve most aspects of your life without support. That is why I will be your accountability coach.
